Every order placed with Vekvek is protected by a 45-day return window, beginning on the day your package is marked as delivered.

You may request a return under the following circumstances:

If the product isn’t quite what you hoped for, you may return it as long as:

  • It has not been used,
  • It remains in original condition, and
  • All accessories, components, and packaging are included.

Quality or Fulfillment Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, we will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund at no charge.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We evaluate returns fairly and consistently. Below is a clear breakdown:

  • Unused merchandise in clean, resellable condition
  • Products delivered with manufacturing faults or transport damage
  • Orders where the wrong item, variation, or quantity was sent
  • Shipments with missing parts or components

Items We Cannot Accept (Unless Defective)

  • Products that show signs of use, handling, or modification
  • Items with opened consumable components (e.g., filters, wipes, refill packs)
  • Final-sale products or items marked “non-returnable”
  • Digital goods, gift cards, or downloadable items
  • Requests submitted after 45 days from the date of delivery

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

To avoid surprises, here’s how shipping costs are determined:

Vekvek Covers Return Shipping When:

  • The item arrived faulty or damaged
  • We sent the wrong product or variant
  • Parts were missing from your package

We do not charge restocking fees.

4. How to Begin a Return Request

Before sending anything back, please contact our support team so we can authorize the return and provide the correct warehouse details.

  1. Your order number (e.g., #7485-xxxx)

  2. The return reason (e.g., no longer needed, damaged, missing part, wrong item, defective)

  3. Clear photos or a short video if the issue involves damage or malfunction

Packing & Shipping the Return

  • Repack the product securely using the original packaging when possible
  • Include all components, manuals, and accessories
  • Use a trackable method and keep your receipt until the refund is fully processed

Inspection & Follow-Up

Once the returned package reaches us, we conduct a brief inspection and notify you via email of the outcome and next steps.

5. Refund Guidelines

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Most banks or payment providers complete the posting within 5–10 business days, though timing may vary depending on the financial institution.

Partial Refunds

In some cases—such as incomplete packaging, missing parts, or signs of use—we may issue a partial refund.
No action is taken without contacting you first; we will share photos and documentation before proceeding.

6. Products Arriving Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete

If your order arrives with any issue, please notify us within 7 days so we can address it promptly.

Provide:

  • Your order number
  • A short explanation of the problem
  • Photos or video showing the condition of the item and packaging

When such issues occur, Vekvek will cover the cost of replacement, shipping, or refund—whichever solution you prefer.

7. Exchanges

If you’d like a different color, size, or version, contact us first so we can confirm availability.

Exchanges may be processed in one of two ways:

  • A direct exchange for the new item (if stock permits), or
  • A return followed by a fresh order

Our team will recommend the best option based on inventory and logistics.

8. Order Adjustments, Cancellations & Address Changes

Before Shipment

If your order has not shipped, we can update the address, modify the order, or cancel it completely.

After Shipment

Once the package is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
If the shipment cannot be delivered or is returned to us, the order will be handled following the return terms of this policy.

9. Undeliverable or Refused Deliveries

When a parcel returns to us due to refusal, incomplete address, or repeated delivery attempts:

You may choose between:

Option 1 — Reshipment

We resend the package; the customer covers the new shipping cost.

Option 2 — Refund

We issue a refund for the order total minus outbound shipping charges (if applicable).

10. Bundles, Sets & Gift Items

To preserve fairness and consistency:

For Bundles or Multi-Item Sets

All components must be returned together.
Partial bundle returns will result in a recalculated refund value based on individual retail pricing.

For Free Promotional Gifts

Any free gift received as part of a promotion must be included with your return. If not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the final refund.

Because Vekvek partners with multiple fulfillment centers, the authorized return address may differ from our listed headquarters.
The correct return location will be provided in your approval email.

12. Warranty Coverage

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials or craftsmanship.

Warranty coverage does not include:
