45-Day Return Window

You have 45 days from when your order arrives to request a return. Items should be gently used (or unused) and in their original packaging. We understand life happens—just reach out, and we’ll walk you through the process.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@vekvek.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply with instructions and a return label (if applicable).
  3. Ship the item back to us in the condition you received it.
  4. We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected it.

Refund Details

  • Once your return is approved, refunds are issued via your original payment method.
  • Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear—sometimes banks take a little longer to process.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are refunded only if the return was due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your package arrives damaged or has the wrong item, we fix it at no cost to you. Just send us:

  • Your order number
  • photo of the issue
    Within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund—no questions asked.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain things can’t be returned, like:

  • Digital goods
