At Vekvek, we pay close attention to every step your order takes—from the moment it is placed to the moment it arrives at your door. Our goal is to provide clear expectations, reliable delivery, and support whenever you need it.

1. Order Processing

To keep things moving smoothly, our fulfillment team processes orders during standard business hours:

  • Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays
  • Processing normally requires 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day

Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase details.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 6–9 business days

Please note that these are estimated windows, not guaranteed transit times. Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspection
  • Carrier backlogs
  • Severe weather
  • Peak seasonal volumes (e.g., Black Friday, holiday periods)

We always do our best to support you if unexpected delays occur.

3. Shipping Fees

We aim to keep shipping simple and affordable:

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $49
  • A flat $5.99 rate applies to U.S. orders below $49
  • International shipping fees automatically calculate at checkout based on your region and total order value

Please be aware:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping rates

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking details usually activate within 24–48 hours
  • You can track your package through our Track Order page or the carrier’s tracking portal

If your tracking appears inactive for several days, feel free to contact us and we’ll look into it.

5. Customs, Duties & International Import Fees

All purchases are processed in USD (U.S. Dollars).
For international customers:

  • Customs agencies may apply duties, VAT, or processing fees
  • These charges vary by country and are not controlled by Vekvek
  • Customers are responsible for completing any required customs payments
  • Vekvek is not liable for customs-related delays, surcharges, or package holds

We recommend checking your local regulations if you are unsure about import obligations.

6. Incorrect, Incomplete, or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.

If an address is incorrect or incomplete:

  • The carrier may mark the package as undeliverable
  • The shipment may be returned or lost
  • Reshipping fees will apply for deliveries sent out a second time

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is taking significantly longer than expected or shows no tracking movement, please email us at support@vekvek.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

For damage claims:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of both the outer packaging and the damaged item

We will arrange a replacement or a refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Some regions may be unavailable for delivery due to:

  • Local regulations or customs restrictions
  • Carrier limitations
  • Product-specific restrictions

If your address is not eligible for shipping, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.
